Oh the cake.. how about we share ice cream tonight ;) after arguing with myself I decided cake 3 times in one week is not a good idea so no more cake for me for a long, long while :) I will eat chocolate chip mint ice cream instead.. then tomorrow it is back on the health wagon!

I was going to mail you to see if your new treatment was working well. It appears as it is the way you are attacking cake and ice cream.
