Post molar extraction

Hello!

This is my first post here. I had teeth 18 and 19 extracted 3 days ago after infections were discovered where I previously had toto canals. I went to a biological dentist to have this mess fixed. From what I understand, the dentist placed a bone graft, and then put a collagen membrane on top and some sort of purple glue around that. There have been hard white granules that have appeared on that side of my mouth. They have been very irritating to my cheek so I have carefully fished them out with a q-tip. Overall this membrane or the glue to hold it is very rough and it is really bothersome anytime I move my mouth. Is this normal? Also I noticed while examining in the mirror that the membrane moves slightly when my tongue touches it. Is this okay or should I be concerned? There isn't any swelling anymore and there isn't much pain aside from irritation when moving my mouth. I'm just wondering if all this sounds normal and when it will likely subside. Also, does the membrane dissolve or get removed? I go back in a few weeks to get the stitches out. Lastly, my dentist said not to brush my teeth for two weeks but I don't know if I can stand that! Is it okay to use a brush carefully on my other teeth? I am not supposed to rinse or swish or spit at all until I go back. Also to not eat solids for a week. My jaw is still tender which I assume is from the ligament being removed? Any and all advice is appreciated!
