Brain Bars
Has anybody tried these? I just requested a free sample today. Not sure if I'm allowed to post the link, but the bars are called "Dr. Black's Brain Bars".
I am already taking curcumin, which is added to these bars, but I'm not familiar with fisetin. I am going to have to Google that to figure out what it does. |
Those bars are $2.50 each. You can get the same nutrients (DHA, green tea, curcumin) for much less as supplements. The fisetin is just an anti-oxidant. Nothing special about it. There are plenty of other anti-oxidants available at very reasonable costs.

I've noticed that KIND bars tend to give me a quick energy boost (I like the Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt) when I'm drained. Could just be a placebo effect, but sometimes I eat one and actually have the energy to write a full article for one of my clients about 10 minutes later. KIND bars are gluten free and mostly made from nuts, if anybody is interested. |
