Which web sites...

Hi All,

I've been dealing with a lot of new health issues lately. I've seen 2 new Drs and neither one really knows anything about RSD. They both said that they'd be willing to learn about it. My question is which web sites do you recommend that I give them, so that they get the whole picture of what RSD is all about.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I greatly appreciate it.

Cjay

Hi,

At the being of this year, I had to move back to the city. So I had to change DOCS.

When I go to a new DOC I have 2 lists one with my HX, the other with my SX. This will save them time.

My number one requirement would be their WISDOM when finding a new MD. Also one with a open mind. Hugs, Roz xxx

here's our - Useful Sites, Links, Articles and RSD photos thread link

you may have to look thru them and see which ones seem the best in your case, unless members have some special favorites listings that they will post for you.

I would reccomend the RSDSA site: www.rsdsa.org (I refer a lot of friends, strangers, PTs and others to that site). You can get a free booklet called "Complex Regional Pain Syndrome: Treatment Guidelines" from the RSDSA by a group of different doctors.

The RSDSA site has a wonderful article archive. See:

Also, articles by highly acknowledged doctors would help- like an article by Dr. Robert J. Schwartzman.

P.S. This is the link to the articles that are in the booklet that I mentioned above:
