Aceytl L-Carnitine: Any Bad Effects?

I started aceytl l-carnitine (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) today, and WOW - I am already feeling the effects. Could just be a coincidence, but I feel incredibly alert and energized mentally. In fact, I'm almost TOO alert, and I'm worried that I'll overdo things because I feel so great. I still have some aches and pains, but my mind feels very sharp.

Assuming this keeps up, are there any bad side effects that you guys have experienced? I feel almost like I'm on Adderall or something (I might have spelled that wrong, too). I'm worried that I'll crash and end up feeling worse, if that makes sense.

Also, should I maybe be taking this super early in the day? I have a feeling that a late afternoon dose might not have been the best idea.

Unless you are carnitine deficient, your alertness is not supported as a result of taking ALCAR. But, if you are feeling better, keep it up.

L-Carnitine

Hi there

I took it for about a year. I am just going off it because I don't know if I need it anymore, and I am also going off phosphatiydle serine (CAn't spell it)

I don't know if I feel any big effects in leaving these, but am having a very tired day today.

If it seems to help, then keep it up.

All for now
