feeling better these last few days

hey everyone its more thsn a week that i have not taken gabapentin...hoenstly i thought i would not be off it at this stag. i have made some big imporvements in the last 4 or 5 week, never thought i would say it. by no means i am out of the woods, but life these days is satisfying and rewarding. It was hell, im much much better then 6 months ago. when u think things wont get better, i can say they do, things really do get better. 6 months ago i would never of thought i would be saying this, but i am. i still get symptoms forsure but it doesnt consume me nor put me down, healing takes a long, long, long, long time, but your body is aways repairing itself.

things that have helped me, zoloft, gabapentin (i know longer take) i see a chiro nuerologist, quit alcohole and coffe. i beleive the chiro and pt along with zoloft is the key.

Great to hear!!

Im a few months in and feeling better as well. Dont get over confident and overdo it like I did, or you will be back at step 1 again.

Keep it up! I go back to the dr tomorrow, and maybe work tuesday. I still dont feel ready nor anywhere near 100%. But work wants me back and im extremely stressed out and im paying for it dearly. Theyve been good up to this point but when I talked to them last week their patience is wearing thin. Been out since beginning of January.

That is SUCH great news!!!! So happy to hear that you see some improvement. I hope you can still take time to rest....don't overdo things...and continue healing. I hope you have little bits of quality of life. I have them now, and rejoice at every single moment that I am not feeling reslly awful.

So happy for you ED!!!

ED,

I'm so happy to hear things are improving!!! The dark side of this injury is intensely difficult to handle. Bravo!

I hope you keep improving!

Peace and wellness,

Jace
