22 year old female with Cerebral Palsy
Hi,
My name is Wendy. I'm 22 and currently struggling with the realization that I never been with anyone intimately. Having Cerebral Palsy is absolutely a factor in my lack of romances. Is anyone dealing with similar issues? |

Hi Wendy,
Welcome to the site! My older sister has CP and, like you, has yet to meet a significant other. Such a shame because someone is missing out on connecting with a wonderful, warm person. Still, she never gives up and makes a point of getting out there socializing as much as possible. She hasn't yet met that someone special, but she has made a large cadre of friends who contribute fun and meaning to her life. Remember, too, that you are still very young. Despite the images presented by the media, a lot of people your age are still looking. Try not to despair. |

Wendy, :Wave-Hello: It is great to have you come and be with us. You will fine a great number of dear friends to listen when you are in need of ears. Please let us know how we can help you out. You will find out we are supportive and relaxing place. There are a great number of people like you with a handicape. The good Lord has put someone here for them. There is a couple at the church where we attain, she has CP she and her DH are so happy. I was so lucky to meet a kind man we have been married 40 happy years.
