Lower back pain/numbness across ankle and above knee?

Hello,

Had a MVA over a year ago, have a herniated disc in my neck pressing on the C7 nerve, have had horrendous pain, also across shoulder and left arm/fingers, had a steroid injection which after making it all worse is helping my neck pain, that's if I don't move! anything flares it up.

I now have numbness across my left ankle and left knee, pain above left knee and sometimes across my left foot, lower back pain has been awful since last week.

Anyone know what this could be? I've always had back pain, mostly in upper back, a little in the lower area.

Could this be from the car accident over a year ago?

I was rear ended very hard, had a severe concussion etc.

Thanks for reading :)
