Quantifying or measuring TOS?

Has anyone heard of or tried to quantify or measure their TOS on an ongoing basis? I'm thinking of something along the lines of the tapping rate test. I've tried a few different ways to give the address to wikipedia's article on tapping test, but I don't have enough posts to use a link. If you google tapping rate, the wikipedia article should be the first result. Basically some small test that can be done quickly each day to track whether the TOS (or other similar condition) is getting better or worse - something more precise than 'it feels like a good or bad day'. My symptoms arent that bad and I think I can fend this off with some lifestyle changes. It'd be really helpful to know what changes are working and which aren't.
