Need help in California ssdi
 

Hello all i am new here i have been collecting ssi and ssdi since 2000. For PTSD borderline personality disorder social anxity insomnia depression. And a few others, I was diagnosed after several freak out episodes to say the least I cant be in public places long I trust no one and i fear people. When i was 15 i was taken hostage forced to watch my best friend get tortured and murdered and held hostage until i finally got away. I try to live as normal a possible but honestly the trust for people isnt there. Ive tried working Im even a certified EMT and Hemo Dialysis tech. Ill be ok and then i will become paranoid. For a year after the murder i couldnt go out alone because i was attacked and beaten in an attemp to keep me out of coart to testify. I testified anyways and put them both away foever. I wish i was normal trust me but i just cant function well around people. I dont sleep well ect. Any ways i was granted my benefits in under three months never had issues then two years ago i went for disability review it went fine doctor said still disabled ect. Then in september went up for review again. In december i didnt reciev a check. My irs statement came but thats it i called and was told benefits were stopped because i was deemed no longer diabled i asked why i wasnt notified they said i was and told me they sent it to a address i havent had in over two years i asked why no answer so i filled a request for reconsideration and benefits to continue pending decission. They allowed benefits but they are. Not stable ive had to call and raise hell every month and they havent gven me my back pay for the month they didnt pay . Ive lost my home to being evicted my car to repo my phone my. Storage is getting ready to get taken for non payment all because of ssi bs. Ive been back to a doctor through them who told me he read the last doctors report and that he didnt understand why they in turn took my benefits because i was found by the doctor still disturbed and unable to function in a normal day to day. That i was unable to maintain employment ect and said he was going to write his the same way. I cant get the payment stable and the lady i deal with is well rude and never returns my calls im so stressed out i feel like im on the edge of an anxity attack all the time i need some help dealing with this i am lost and please need some guidence.

Are you still working? Were/are you on the Ticket To Work program? If so, you are only allowed to make a certain amount a month. Did you go over the amount?

First, this was a rather confusing read because of the lack of punctuation so if I miss anything I apologize in advance. I think that you want to make sure that you contact the agency (go higher up if you want to) and find out if you were discontinued for a specific reason. No one here can help you until you have a basic idea of why the benefits stopped.
