Pulsing headaches/ear tingling

For the past several weeks I've experienced tingling/numbness/some moderate pain in my left ear. I wasn't concerned about it initially, figuring it was just another temporary nuisance. However, for the last few days, there's been an almost constant tingling in my ear that is now accompanied by a pulsing headache where I initially hit my head. Is this something that anyone else has experienced? I try not to let myself get too worked up about new symptoms, because I'm only four months in at this point, and I know it's a day by day process, however I've been unable to find a doctor that either believes that PCS exists or that is any help beyond telling me to take anti anxiety meds and ibuprofen for headaches, so I'm never really sure when I should address something as serious or just something to brush off.

Oh yeah, I know this one. I have a terrible time with my ears.

They tingle, and, feel, at times, like a knife is being stabbed into them. I have screamed out in the supermarket.

The worst part is that I experience periods of deafness. It happens everyday. It usually only lasts for several seconds or a few minutes, but once I couldn't hear out of my right ear for four days. I wondered if my hearing would ever come back.

All my neuro said was, "your auditory nerves are damaged." No kidding, Dr. Obvious. He didn't offer any help.

Like you, I smacked the side of my head. Funnily, while the left side of my head hit the driver's side window, I have more trouble with my right ear.

I'm about 5 months in, and I have this happen sometimes. It isn't a daily thing, but it scares the heck out of me when it occurs.

I have no advice. All I can say is that I've had this happen, too.

Im going to ask my neurologist tomorrow about this myself. My left ear does that and also fills up with fluid and wax like crazy since hitting the left side of my head in January. That and it also feels extremely full and will occasionally pop relieving pressure for a short time. Anyone know the reasoning?

I experience similar symptoms.

Last night the inside and back of my ears had a mild but constant pain and feeling of pressure.

My ears ring constantly. I get a tingly feeling sometimes. I feel like they are constantly out of equilibrium and I need to equalize the pressure.

A couple of times the hearing has gone in one ear, followed by a loud ringing and then the hearing comes back.
