Chiari malformation type 1

Hi i have become hospitalised due to type 1 had a fall running away from a bully at work and suffered head trauma fell down 2 flights of stairs head first august 13. Im a nurse myself but thought i was ok.

Have most symptoms associated but medics cant think out the box. Neurologist coming back monday but no quality of life. Fed by tube and swallowing affected sense of taste and smell really gone

Weight loss thought i was losing plot cant walk properly either

Chiari malformation type 1 7mm herniation identified .
Can you help me as its 4 weeks in hospital now and getting me down. Anyone know best way forward as I'm not listened to saddening me
