On Prednisone & want to pull my hair out!
 

Hi all - I've started Prednisone treatment @70mg daily for a month and then am supposed to taper down after a month. I have significant inflammatory neuropathy with vascular damage happening. I know others have written about Prednisone treatment - I have never been on it before and am really struggling with the jitters, increased pain, insomnia, rapid heart rate & feeling like I just want to crawl out of my skin - it has been a week as of today. I'm not sure I can keep this going, but I want to hope for a better life... If this doesn't work, then maybe IVIG treatments are next. Are there as many side effects with those?
