Sounds like tunnel
 

So this is sounds odd... but when I am talking on the phone the ear that the phone is up to sounds like I am in a tunnel and the the other ear just seems to be unable to hear sound... anyone else have this issue or have any clue what it could be? I am going to an ENT tuesday but just don't know how else to describe it other than the silliness above...
