pupil size
 

Does everyones pupil look real small while on mestinon. My pupils are always very small since Mestinon, even in dim light. Before they even put me on mestinon, my pupils became uneven size. They were not like that prior to MG symptoms. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Since I just started taking Mestinon I've been reading up on all the side effects and it does list decrease pupils size.

I haven't noticed it for me, but it is listed as a "common" side effect.

Yeah, it could be a drug effect. Check with your eye doctor anyway.
