What all treatments are there for entrapped nerves

Has anyone made a list? The information is not centralized anywhere that I have seen. Some places have a few treatments, but then you research and find a new treatment somewhere that wasn't mentioned. I would like to make up a list of as many possible potential treatments for entrapped nerves as possible both for my own medical decisions and for others. I don't see anything like that here, so I will start.

If the nerve is entrapped due to tight muscles there are various forms of massage therapy like trigger point massage and myofascial release that can help. A physical therapist can prescribe a stretching regimen, as well as exercises to build strength in counterbalancing muscles (ie, if you have TOS and your head is forward, working your erector spinae could help counterbalance and pull your head back).

If entrapped at a ligament, massage therapy like active release technique could help.

Capsacian, lidoderm & salonpas could work as topical pain relief treatments

Cortisone injections to reduce inflammation near the nerve

NSAIDS (not to effective for pain relief for most people, but can cut inflammation)

Ergonomics to avoid putting pressure on the nerve (cushions, cushions with grooves to avoid putting pressure on nerves, ergonomic aids to avoid bending joints in ways that pinch the nerves).

botox to numb the nerve.

Radiofrequency ablation to numb the nerve

Cutting the nerve as a last resort

Surgery to move the nerve, or cut a channel for it to glide through

nerve flossing and gliding exercises to help mobilize a nerve

Medications for pain relief (neurontin, TCAs, topamax)

supplements for pain relief (ALCAR, ALA, B12, benfotiamine, AEP)

OTC supplements for nerve pain (nerve fix, nerve shield, etc)

TENS units

ultrasound guided desiccation to free an entrapped nerve

There has to be way more than that. This is the stuff I've come across in my readings and research. Obviously not all of it will work for everyone, but from what I've seen at least some people get relief from each of these.
