Brain swelling?

Last night I ended up falling and while I didn't hit my head, I did jostle it. A few hours after, I had an intense pressure behind and between my eyes as well as in my forehead. It eventually turned into an all over pressure headache that is still there this morning.
I know this may be ridiculous, but I'm kind of worried about brain swelling, because the pressure is still there today, and I am also nauseated. I'm hoping this is just my anxiety in overdrive, but I guess I'm just seeking reassurance that it's not as big of a deal as I'm making it into, and just a bit of a setback instead.
Thank you.

If all of your motor skills function, I doubt you have anything to worry about. I always chalked these increase in symptoms to the roller coaster of PCS.
