Surgery is set
 

Gallbladder is coming out next week. I am so sick of feeling SICK...I want it over with already. Thank you all for the uplifting comments in the other thread, I wanted a fresh one as I know the longer thread gets it's harder on the server here. Ugh, I feel so ill...I just pray that this surgery HELPS My symptoms. :( Wish me luck! :grouphug:

Hey everyone, I got through it, gallbladder came out this morning and I am home tonight. I can't tell you how relieved I am to be THROUGH this and finally on the mend. The doctor was so kind, all the staff were. I asked him if there was some kind of hiatal hernia repair and he said there is, he doesn't do it, but if I needed the name of a surgeon who does he could refer me to one, IF this gallbladder removal didn't take care of my stomach pain. and despite the BAD pain I'm in right now, the aching pain in the pit of my tummy was gone from the moment I woke up! had no problems waking up, ate and peed for them so they'd release me and I was home by 12:30 pm, went in at 6 am. so that's pretty awesome. They gave me strong painkillers thankfully but it's still hurting really badly. But it's gonna be better every time I wake up I'm sure. Just had to pop in and let everyone know I'm okay now, and I really appreciate all the love and concern you've shown me, you all are great friends. Take care, will check in soon. :)

hate hearing that you are in pain.
take your pain meds and stool softeners as they can be constipating.
