Any hope for nerve regeneration with mild PN?

I am male and have mild numbness in feet and also sexual dysfunction. One thing I'm trying is to stimulate sense of touch by using a feather on the skin.

You may want to try techniques that promote circulation, such as aerobic exercise and a diet of whole plant foods. Avoid trans- and saturated fats. Also stress management techniques such as meditation and guided imagery lower stress and thus increase circulation to the extremities. I've seen this demonstrated. When we are under stress, blood is pulled toward the core of the body, which is not what you want for peripheral nerve health.

Personally I don't think the feather is going to help, but I don't know. I think massage of the area would be more useful, to get help with blood and lymphatic fluid circulation.

Hi Electron,

I liked your suggestions! I use a ketogenic diet which is 70% fat animal fat from grass fed beef, fish, and fish oil with broccoli, kale and so on. Where did you find the information regarding whole plant foods and no saturated fat for PN?

Thanks in advance! Dious
