Does anyone else get this?
 

My doctor diagnosed me with essential tremor a few years ago but I have never been sure this is the right diagnosis. Yes my hands are shaky but I also get this internal tremor especially at night. If I bend my neck or lift my shoulders they move in like a rippling shaky motion up and down. This worries me?? Has anyone else experienced anything like this? My hands first started shaking when I had a kidney infection when I was younger.
