Weaning off Mirapex to start Phenylbutyrate Clinical Trial
 

I am new to Neurotalk via the book, Peripatetic Pursuit of PD. I may not post much because I'm hurting in every way. It's very difficult to type. I am new to blogging as well.

I have had PD for a more than a year (diagnosed May 2013) and began weaning off Mirapex early June 2014 to start Phenylbutyrate clinical trial on July 14th.

Does anyone else have this experience?

Is there anything to help with the symptoms?

I have 9 days before I start the trial.

Mention was made of one starting in July 2014. Is this Trial still open for new enrollees?
