Iritis & RSD
Has anyone had this symptom? I have had RSD for 16 years, I go in & out of remissions. It was shorter in the early years now I can usually stay in remission for almost a year. Also in early years physical injury would stimulate RSD now stress does it primarily.

Unfortunate ,stress seems to be the biggest trigger to our flare ups and depending in our life styles and work,if any, the levels increased and obviously the brain can't handle so much and the response is pain.
Trying to relax,or get distracted sounds the right thing to do but not easy at all . Found a way to focus on something that you like a lots during those days,by know I'm sure you are familiar with something that give you that space and take your mind there. My best distraction is when I can do crochet , or make up, but Also many days that don't work but let things go otherwise the blocking you try to make will get you stronger so let things follow it course and let those emotions go and focus and the next day, don't worry if you might have another bad day as long as you can ignoring one soon the next one won't be that aggressive. Wish you the best and hope soon you find some comfort and relief , with gentle hugs your way and lots of love ,Jesika .:grouphug::grouphug: |
