pain spreading

it didn't fall asleep yet but I took 2 Advil PM so I should sleep soon. I hate being awake all night. The pressure at the top of my spine is bad and the pain is shooting into my legs and arms. I guess I'll find out what's going on when I see doctot tomorrow

I feel for you Hockey. herniated discs are brutal... I remember not being able to lie down.

I have bad nights too. This is tough... Best of luck with the doc!!! hopefully the doc knows what they are doing.
