Bone Marrow Concentrate for Degenerative Disc Disease
 

Hi folks,

I have the early stages of degeneration at my L5-S1 disc. I am interested in the new procedure of using the body's own stem cells, derived from bone marrow, to regenerate the degenerative disc. Below are some links to a few private practices that are offering this procedure. I am hoping that somebody out there with firsthand experience with this procedure will share their story. All sounds very interesting and promising, I guess in the years to come intervertebral discs rejuvenated by stem cell therapy could be the big thing - would I have this done now? - probably not, I would like to see how people are fairing 5 years after treatment.
