Hi Everyone , My name is Barbara Barton. I have had many issues over my lifetime. Blood clot in my leg, which still swells on a daily basis. Pre-Diabetic for years, in control at the moment. Food Sensitivities is the neweast one that has reared its little head with me. I cannot have Dairy, Gluten, Oats, Corn (starch and syrup etc.) or even rice. I am here not only looking for advice from others that suffer with such things but also to offer my own insughts from my own experiences.
