technical question:
how to do you add that signature thing at the bottom of each of your posts...i give up
|
Go to
UserCP top left corner of screen under NeuroTalk banner Settings and Options Edit Signature type your words in the box. You can use the features... like Centre, Bold, Change Text Size, add Colour etc.. You can run the cursor over the symbols and it'll tell you what they are. From memory, I think you need to highlight the text before you use the feature. e.g. if you want to Centre, highlight the words and then click on Centre You then need to press "Save Signature" and that's further down the page |
Please do not use Bold, Centered text, color etc. Many of us struggle to read the posts when the signature is in such a format.

I'm so very sorry. Mine must appear very bright and nasty to you. I removed my sig from my last post. Mark, why no centered text? |
If the signature has details about the person's injury, it is very difficult to follow from the end of one line to the start of the next. It is fine if it is just a signature without bio, etc.

Ahh, I understand now what you meant.
I felt so bad with all my flashing weather and time gizmo and all the pretty bold colours and centered text even. :o Yes, my sig just contains the weather widget and the NT FAQ and Search features and my surf cam. I just didn't want to post it if it caused problems with reading. There is a feature that allows us to omit the signature from posts. I try to remember to do that in the Epilepsy forum but sometimes I'm in automatic and I just forget. thank you for clarification. |
I don't have an "Add Signature" option??

Signature & edit signature link-
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/pr...=editsignature If it doesn't show for you, and you are a fairly new member , some site features are disabled until you have the required post counts. |
Thanks Jo*mar, it was there this evening! :) I guess I posted enough yesterday and today.
