One Day Without Vitamin B

I take Vitamin B daily. The methyl one.

I ran out yesterday and skipped my morning dose. No big deal, right? I figured I'd go get more today.

I woke up today with severe nerve pain and numbness in my hands, cheeks, and eyebrow area. My scalp and tongue are also tingling. This hasn't happened in months.

I know for a fact it is probably nerve pain, because my doctor diagnosed me with neuralgia after the concussion. He said I developed neuralgia from the fall.

My question is, Do you think this is all from missing just ONE day of my Vitamin B? Does it really make that much of a difference when it comes to controlling symptoms, or is it probably just a coincidence that I woke up feeling like this?

It is a possibility but I don't think anybody can say for sure. Once you get restocked, you can try purposely missing a day and see if the symptoms repeat. If they do, you have a very sensitive system.

My best to you.
