Mysterious Neurological Condition Resulting in Death of Siblings
 

This is regarding my cousins, both of whom have passed away, but their conditions remain undiagnosed.

They were 2 male siblings both of whom were mentally dull since birth. Around age of 5, both of them developed severe drowsiness followed by respiratory paralysis and death at 5 -7 years.

I have attached a word document which details their medical condition. We consulted numerous doctors but nobody could diagnose. Hope to get some pointers in this forum. Thank you.
