Almost time for the June check-in. What food should we worship next month cuz we are almost out of cinnybuns? :p Just being silly today. :D

And I love Lemon meringue pie and Rhubarb pies and cakes mmmmm. My mom did a delish cake - something like this recipe- RHUBARB CAKE 5 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin (dry) 1 c. sugar 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix Layer rhubarb, marshmallows, gelatin and sugar. Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Spoon over rhubarb layer. Bake at 350 degrees until cake tests done, about 1 hour. Let cake set in pan before serving. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour prepared cake mix over ingredients in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 59 to 60 minutes. Invert onto serving tray first before serving.
