What do you guys do on the good days?

I know a lot of us experience bad days. For some bad days are just about every day, im one of them.

But occasionally I get a good day.

What do you guys do on those days? I find myself getting extremely bored, as I sort of fear doing a lot of things that I enjoy, and mostly because im not supposed to be driving.

On the good days I usually end up catching up on cleaning the house, and sleep. I usually go for a few more extra walks as well, and as of late, ive been including light resistance band training as well.

Its amazing when we have these good days, I just feel like im not putting them to good use. Im usually good for one good day every week n a half lately.

The only thing I add to my activities on a good day are cognitive tasks. Otherwise, I maintain the same moderated activity level. If I overdo my activity level, I end up paying for it the next day. But, when my brain is thinking clearly, I get up to date with Quicken financial tasks and such.

Thats true Mark. I as well add some cognitive activity as well.

Ive been really careful learning my limits.

Also, on good days my wife will take me out to dinner or to run an errand. Feels good to get out.

Should also note, I owe a lot to my five month old daughter. Boy has she really helped my song making abilities come to life. For her sake, thank god she doesnt understand it!

Today i woke up having a pretty good day with little to no headaches which is super rare! Even though my first thought was to hit up a patio for lunch and people watch i knew i wouldn't last long and i would immediately give me headaches because of noise and music and lots of people.

My boyfriend and i decided to go to a park and find a quiet spot for a picnic. We picked up my favourite sandwiches and snacks on the way. I wore sunglasses and a big hat to help keep the sun out of my eyes and brought a comfy pillow to lay on to help support my neck.

I was super tired when i got home from the drive and being out and about. But it was the recharge i needed! Ive been feeling like a shut in lately. And I've really been missing my old life and feeling like I've been missing out on summer so today was great.

I take my child on an outing, like the beach in summer or sledding in winter. I can't participate in the activities, but I like to see her having a good time.
