Dad Slowing Down

My dad has kept his PD at bay through great nutrition, exercise and supplements...as well as meds but I have noticed his movements are becoming slower and it is harder for him to grab things etc. Anything he can do for this that does not involve meds? Thanks a lot!!

Also his cognitive ability is becoming a little worse. Thanks.
