Hi awalpa,
I just wanted to welcome you to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

I can't help you with interpreting the panel I'm sorry although I'm sure other members who are knowledgeable will reply when they can.

In the meantime, I wanted to suggest the The Gluten File which may have information in there that's of help.

That's in the "Sticky" threads at the top of this forum where the information and useful websites are situated.

I answered you on the other thread--

--in which you did not mention that your son has confirmed celiac disease.

I assume that confirmation is from intestinal biopsy (really the gold standard).

The result is consistent with celiac/gluten sensitivity--it looks like, though, the IgA results are being skewed by the lack of total IgA (and this is a known phenomenon in celiac testing, which is why the total IgA is measured).

Sorry...

My post in the previous thread was not very inclusive. Our 6 yo daughter was confirmed 2 years ago after skin biopsy revealed dermatitis herpetiformis. A serum panel was then drawn which resulted in every test in the panel being crazy abnormal. She's been GF since with No further issues. Our son was tested las week after 1 mo diarrhea/belly aches. And these were his results.
