Floaters in Eyes after MRI/MRA/CT

Not sure what to make of it, however prior to my MRI/MRA/CT which was several weeks after my accident i have noticed floaters in my vision when i'm outside or looking at white walls. These floaters came on after my MRI/CT tests.

I never had this issue prior.

As an MRI has similar magnetic forces to that of a microwave perhaps some undisclosed side effects from the scans have an impact on vision?

Any thoughts?

Floaters often seem to appear after a concussion but in most cases, they were always there. The injured brain just does not have the filtering power to filter them out from conscious thought.

Seeing floaters is a common complaint.

I've noticed the same thing recently, only after a neuro-opthamologist asked if I noticed them. I said I didn't notice them more than usual, but afterwards it seemed I couldn't stop seeing them when I looked at the sky! Attention is a funny thing.

Floaters after MRI

Just had MRI of each knee and noticed a whole new crop of floaters afterwards. No brain injury or concussion of any kind.

I had them.

did you also use the contrast liquid in the mri? because I think that's the reason. I have burning eyes and floaters appear the next day.
