Post concussion/syncope/anxiety?

I have a teenage daughter that has suffered from a TBI in 2010 from a softball injury that has now possibly caused possibly syncope/fainting and possible anxiety. Last Sept she was standing in a doctors ofc and passed out, went to the ER and was admitted for a few days. Followed up with her Neurosurgeon from the 2010 TBI and she passed out again at the sitting position and was then admitted to the hopsital in another city. All tests were normal esp her EEG. MRI of brain will never be normal, basically shows damage to the brain tissue from the 2010 accident. Now again this August has exp another syncope episode at a doctors ofc while sitting. All tests were normal. She hasn't felt good or right since this last episode a few wks ago. Any suggestions. Has been seen by a Pediatric Neurologist and they are thinking possibly anxiety? Post of this syncope/fainting comes after we talk about her history and/or they look in her ears? Has been diagnosed as having TBI/post concussion syndrome. Looking for more answers?

Has anybody mentioned vasovagal syncope ? Sounds like a possibility.

Hormonal changes can upset the system.
