Hi Bryanna

Hi. A bunch of us on the "Bipolar forum" are worried about Trilosan, and Sodium Saccharin being in our toothpastes.

I'm wondering if you could came to our thread,"August time for a new thread",page 12. Thanks. Brokenfriend :hug::hug:

Hi.

Bryanna Thank you for having come to the Bipolar forum, and have given us information for properly choosing the right toothpaste. I noticed that the toothpastes don't contain Xylitol, but they use suger, and saccharin.

Thank you for steering us in the right direction. BF:grouphug::hug::grouphug:

Hi Brokenfriend,

You are very welcome!

Sugar and saccharin certainly do not prevent tooth decay. Xylitol made from birch trees actually reduces the incidence of tooth decay and helps re-mineralize the enamel. You could sprinkle a little xylitol powder into the home made toothpaste recipe that I gave you to "sweeten" it up a bit :)

Have a great day!!
Bryanna
