that one came in my sleep last night while the pulsating tinnitus was going on In my ear and the back of my head felt like it was going to tear off and join another body.

If I come up with a better worry tonight i'll get rid of the oldest worry on the list and file it somewhere for emergency.

Worries come to me in the night like songs came to the Beatles on LSD

i don't know why the guy has to write down his worries, i remember mine just fine! :)

like...i woke up shaking in the middle of the night last night rather than in the morning...these drugs are probably killing me even though they're making me maybe a little less anxious...and, i'm pretty sure the pounding in my head will never cease.
