tremors

pulsatile tinnitus getting louder, pain in back of head getting worse, tremors get worse, head feels so full, had tremors in heart today but have been to neuro and heart doctor very recently with mri of head negative.
when I talk it sounds like my voice is far away.
I know it all sounds strange :)

What about traction for your upper neck? have you done that yet? I know that there are machines you can find online and there are ones that you can go to PT and use... rumor has it they really help...
