Grinding back pain.

Recently I have noticed while turning in bed either way that I hear/feel a grinding noise. I don't have any pain with it but not sure what steps I need to take, if I need to consult a chiropractor or if there is a supplement that I can take like shark cartilage that might help?? Just seeing if anyone has had this issue.

Thanks

I do, but there's a lot that it can be. Most likely, it's associated—in some way—with aging/natural degeneration (unless there is some injury/disease factor).

If you want to try supplements, my advice is to research them well; there are more charlatans/quacks & snake oil out there than real therapy.

There is no scientific evidence that shark cartilage is useful in treating or preventing cancer or other diseases.[1][2] Controlled trials have shown no benefit to shark cartilage supplements,[3] and shark cartilage contains potentially toxic compounds linked to Alzheimer disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
