Light Sensitivity issues and upper neck

Hi all i have had my light sensitivity increase throughout the year to the point i must wear glasses in doors most of the time and i cannot watch tv, play video games and working on the computer has its toll (10 min max). Also cannot read for very long (10 min) Ive gone to 2 different PTs with the first one trying to do traction on me but leaving me alone with a PT student who did it. Suffice to say it made me much worse. Ive had PCS since january.

The one i am seeing now says she cannot do traction because i am to sensitive and has me doing an exercise regiment. While i feel a bit better i want to get my vision better as well as my other symptoms. I told her i think my neck is one of the issues but i get nothing from her. I was thinking if i do not progress in the next month to go see an upper neck chiro or neuro chiro and see if they can help me. If anyone knows some treatment or possible treatment plans that can help id appreciate it. Ive read on here before that some people have had symptoms decrease with upper neck.
