Oxidative stress, nitrosative stress & Pyroluria, how to treat it?

Hello!

I am 30 yo.
I have recently been tested for oxidative stress and pyroluria. I turned out that I have increase oxidative stress, nitrosative and also pyroluria!

Unfortunately my doc didn't really know too much about these conditions and only read me a few recommendations from the lab. Basically he said I should:
-take 1gr vitamin C daily
-take an E complex which contains all forms of vitamin E
-takle high amounts of zinc & B6 (supposedly pyroluria causes low zinc and B6, but I remember that I had B6 measured last year and it wasn't low at all)

I don't know what to do now. Nitrosative stress seems to be something huge and concerning.
I now worry how long have I been having high OS and NS? How much damage could this cause?

I have a LOT of mental and physical issues and over the years I have been to many doctors who all couldn't help me.

What sucks is that I don't know how huge of a role these things play in my symptoms.

I also don't know what kind of vitamins, supplements I should be taking now. I don't have a doctor or nutritionist who specializes in nitrosative stress and all that.

Some things I have:

depression, ocd, anxiety, adhd-like symptoms, irritability, memory issues (I tried many antidepressants so far but nothing seems to help against the depression, ocd, anxiety at all!)

visual disorders (visual snow, floaters, seeing sparks of light, blue field entoptic phenomenon, eyesight getting worse, often burning eyes) the visual disorders are very depressing and they only started a few years ago which also shows me that something isn't normal!

multiple skin lipomas (started around age 20)

low testosterone

Sometimes chronic infections can cause some of these symptoms and also a positive pyrolles test. rather though instead of a genetic cause that is on going it happens from the infection. You need to see a doctor that specializes more in dealing with this. You want to take zinc and b 6 in doses high enough to bring levels up, however too much can also be toxic. A good doctor will take on going tests and give you amounts based on your symptoms.

Another thing I was going to mention is some of your symptoms are beyond the scope of just those conditions mentioned. I thought it would be worthwhile to look into Lyme disease. I had a lot of similar symptoms like you until I got more sick with physical things as well. Most tests are not accurate enough for blood results though, you would need to be tested by a lab called IgeneX to know for sure and to get an LLMD (Lyme Literate Medical Doctor).
