physical therapy after surgery

For anyone who has had surgery (not including mass gen which recommends some exercises only), what exactly did you do afterwards? Was there any manual therapy done?

Generally I think it all depends on what lingering effects you have.
Really good PT or therapy should be fit to your specific needs , not a just generic/one size fits all PT plan..

Is posture an issue?
upper body fitness?
then that would be good to address.

going back to a job that will cause issues?
desk/workplace ergonomics and plenty of breaks to off set uses
