working at home - fascinating.

I was for many years a game programmer. So I wasn't exactly surprised to get an offer to do a gamification review of some games.

I said yes - since I can use the money.

Surprise, I was asked to look at some of the games used by a leading (their term)
brain game training company

Since I'm very familiar with game design algorithms, I took a look at their games - very interesting.

If these things help anybody, that's great. If they don't, I won't be surprised.

I had no trouble whatever doing two weeks of tech review and report writing. It was very nice to re-use some of those former parts of my brain.

Time too look out for some more projects.

Good for you!! Fighting back against injury, making money and possibly helping others with that game. Many new studies say keep the brain active up until your last day.

I recently resumed my writing career and sometimes work on similar projects. I don't know if I'm allowed to post names here, but you can find freelance work on oDesk, eLance, and Guru. I don't use any of these sites anymore, but I do still pick up easy work at CrowdSource sometimes.

CrowdSource has penny tasks that are pretty simple. For example, I recently earned a penny for answering a one-question survey about what state I live in. When my brain injury kept me from writing (I am much better now and can write again), I would do easy tasks on CrowdSource. Not necessarily to earn money (although they do all pay), but just to feel like I was accomplishing something.

There are other tasks on CrowdSource where you have to find the attribute of a product. Like...it will show you a pink jacket...and you have to click "pink" on the list of colors. This helps companies ensure that their product listings are accurate.

Great job on completing your project, by the way! That's awesome!
