flash muscle spasms

I am having some flash muscle spasms that last a couple of seconds in arms, legs, or side.
Any ideas?

You need the magnesium lotion. Spasms often happen when muscles get low in magnesium.

There are other more complex and pathological causes, but low magnesium is so common you should address it first. (up to 70% of people do not consume the RDA for magnesium in their diet).

Thank you. What Lotion do you suggest and where do you get it?

It is Morton Epsom lotion, and it is at most WalMarts and some Walgreens and online at Amazon.com

It is really helpful and inexpensive as well. Many of us use it with great success.
