Lizard I need some advise
 

Ms Liz: Here is the story about 2:30 am on Monday James' head started hurting (hydro & large pineal cyst) pain pills not helping, Wednesday he said he felt floaty, and felt like his head was weighing him down, went out to hit the 12 year old some baseballs, could not remember how to throw ball up in air and hit with bat (that freaked me out), yesterday his eyes were almost closed, acting extremem unual, head still hurting him really bad, called dr for new pain pills, he wasn't in assistant said go to ER, yeah right, so we go to the youngest baseball game last night, bottom of the 7 inning James is sitting there headache starts going away, by the time the end of the game James had started coming back to life, he hadn't not spoken since I got hom at 5 this was almost 8, got home he was back to normal, but really really tired, he slept hard last night, this morning he feels great. SEIZURE???????

:( ((((((((((((((((((Shown))))))))))))))))))). I'm thinkin' that the forgetting how to toss the ball and hit it, especially if it was momentary, could have been a small sz. How did he look then? Glazed? Dazed? Any weird motor activity during it (e.g. trembling hand or arm, wandering or shaking eyes)? Did he have a localized headache afterward?

It can be hard to tell, even on an EEG. It would have to catch one in the act, so if you keep seeing this, ask about an extended monitoring of 24-72 hours, particularly video monitoring. Then you can catch things you might not have seen before.

Thanks Liz, his head had been hurting for two days at that point, he was spacey and out of it you could see that in his face, and then yesterday it just went away all of a sudden and then he was tired, since BT has went down there has been alot of things going on with him, and there is noone out there in the real world that you can talk to because people dont understand, I am so glad you guys are back in my life I have needed someone for awhile now, the workman's comp doc kept mentioning epilepsy. It has been almost one year now, and I am really worried about how much more of this I can handle.
He gets to feeling bad and then it goes away for him but it isn't going away for me, I see what he doesn't and I feel what he cann't.
I am so tired, this is so hard. Been one of those morning full of tears, what can I say just glad the boss isn't in yet.

This description does support the notion that it was some type of seizure. :( The good news, of course, is that if it was, it's treatable, and probably fairly easily. Video EEG would help give a more accurate assessment, so ask about it. I think you'll both feel better. :)

I know I am not Liz...but if you don't mind to much, I just had to say....
That I am sorry to hear your husband is having trouble. {Hugs}
When I read your post 1st thing I thought was shunt malfunction, but if I remember right your husband doesn't have a shunt...right? well when my son has to much water on his brain or has a shunt malfunction he can't remember how to answer simple questions, or basic stuff we know he knows how to do, it is a big sign he is in trouble, Austin has had seizures too, but if I were you and this happens any more I would go to the ER, and I would get an appt with the neurosurgeon (NS) right away since it has happen. I know with some cysts they wait to place a shunt, and that is understandable, but if it is causing mental break downs or seizures there is something not right and it needs to be addressed right away, I would get a 2nd NS opinion and a new MRI on this whole matter, it has been progressing slowing and this sounds to this old Mom's opinion to be a red flag that something needs to be done.
