Help understanding MRI results

:(My MRI results read, Impression:
1. L4- L5 inter-vertebral disc fusion insert new since previous studies with increase in the height of the disc space. Mild disc bulge L4- L5 with slight stenosis inferior recess of neural foramina bilaterally.
2. L5- S1 bilateral pedicle screws and connecting bars bilateral lamnectomies L5 new since previous study. Server chronic loss of vertebral height, spondylosis, bilateral foraminal stenosis L5- S1. No definte epidural hematoma. Conus medullaris terminates at T12- L1

So you had some procedures already?
screws and a disk fusion?
[bilateral pedicle screws and connecting bars bilateral lamnectomies L5 new since previous study]

What kind of symptoms /pain are you having?

I'm a little confused, how could you have a mild disc bulge at the L4-5 level where the disc was replaced with a spacer??? And I've seen the term "unilateral laminotomy" or "laminectomy" at a certain level but not "bilateral laminectomy" as stated??? I guess.....

And yes! what problems spawned the new MRI?
