dizziness
 

So I have down balance therapy a few times. My dizziness is back today More so when I stand up Does anyone get these on and off spells with the cervical stenosis etc
My neck crunches, cracks, and pops so much. I can feel something at the back all the time move with a crunch. Last time I went to the dr, he spent 2 min with me and dismissed me after I had waited hrs to see him.
They do not concern themselves with neck noise but it sure concerns me.
I don't know how I went from nothing to constant crackling and then the cracks pops whatever when you move especially in one place for awhile lying down.
Any hints on handling this? I did take some Dramamine early. I hate that I get this all the time.
My neck has not started to hurt but with all this movement and noise who knows when that will start????
I did not have any neck noise and drs say this is not from this but I was hit with an Activator and stretched causing a lot of burning for months. I did not know what this was nor that this is an adjustment tool. Oh I wished I had said something about no adjustments!! Makes me so upset the dr did this without telling me nor asking the first thing about my neck.
