What to do whether i have celiac disease or not

My reports are as follow
Tissue transglutaminaseIgA : <1.0
Refrence normal <12.0
Epuivocal 12-18
Possitive > 18.0
Immunoglobulin
Total IgA :<0.25 (0.57-5.34)
Total IgG :<0.07 (6.5 -16.2 )
Total IgM: 0.16 (0.30-2.65)

And colonscopy biopsy report as follow:
Illeal biopsy: chronic nonspecific illetis with lymphoid hyperplasia

Now my question is : Which report to do next whether it is a celiac desiase or not

If those are your results for total immunglobulins--

--you might need a further work-up for primary immune deficiency syndromes; you should be producing higher levels.

And, if you have low levels of IgA overall, the tissue tranglutaminase IgA result is called into question--there may not be enough reactivity there to accurately measure whether you respond to gluten as an antigen or not.

You can always try a gluten-free trail anyway and see if your symptoms improve; no one HAS to consume gluten, as it does not contain any essential nutrients that you cannot get from non-gluten sources.

Something else is unclear--you had a colonoscopy? The report talks about the ileum, which is the final section of the small intestine before it becomes the colon--they must have had to be careful to get a scope into there--but normally an endoscopy is needed for gathering samples from the small intestine to test for celiac (they have to go in from the other end, as it were, to gain proper access to enough of the small intestine to take appropriate samples).

Thanks for reply

Sir doctor has started to give 2 immunolobulin bottle in 1 month for immunodeficiency syndrome. So according to u my normal IgA is low so tissue transglumatine IgA result is also low.
And i will start gluten free diet from tommorow.
