slept eight hours. wow...
 

fell asleep at 10pm, woke up at 1am for a minute then slept till 6am. Woke up with the usual vivid dream and severe anxiety but that goes away after 15 minutes. I still wonder why that happens. No sleep aids either. just Neurontin and Cymbalta.

It would be great to find some work at home computer work. looking diligently.

only taking supplements religiously for two weeks. breaking them up so as not to affect stomach.

Mark is right. Can't adequately know permanent condition without losing another 100 pounds at least, eating right for six months, and staying on supplement regimen for six months. Time to man up and get it done.

It is good that you are sleeping. That heals in itself. I also want to encourage you on your weight loss effort. I sure had the same problem, no joke. Before all the neck issue, and joint issues I was 192 and I am 5'1" . Well that didn't fly at a long over due exam and I flunked every test he gave me. so......here I am 8 years later and normal. Can be done, and when you do, it is a freedom that I can't explain. I wish you all the best. I also like men opening doors for me and smiling. Great for you ginnie!! And men should open doors either way. I was on the cusp of 349, a big goal. so what did I do?

Treat myself to a meatlover's pizza!! what an idiot. back to 353. And hungry still!! lots of water drinking the next three days!! and plain chicken and fish.

My cholesterol levels are off the charts. But I hesitate to take the statins because I've heard such bad things about them.
