dont like taking such a concoction but it helps e sleep beatifully
 

A xanx, flexeril ambien, Cymbalta and Neurontin. What a shame I used to sleep so great before head injury but that is that past.

The Cymbalta and Neurontin I take regularly but the other three, well, I know it's a lot, but I cut out the advil pm and it made no difference, so perhaps I don't need one of the other ones also.

I do know when I don't take them sleep is a nightmare filled with insomnia and waking up with pain, shaking, nightmares etc.

after seven years, I didn't think it was possible to sleep well again. not every night is great but many are.
