numbness after wisdom tooth extraction

Hello everyone
thank you for taking the time to read my post, 2 years ago I had all 4 of my wisdom removed. I had this strange pain that radiated around my face. I went back to see the surgeon, but they saw no problems. The pain decreased but the radiating sensation is still there. The insides of cheeks swell up, however everyone keeps on telling me they don't see any infections. I had a maxilo surgeon take a look at it and they took another panasonic scan and he didn't see anything wrong. It's frustrating feeling something so uncomfortable the extraction site sore, radiating sensation around my jaw sinus area and forehead. Thanks for reading my post.
